We always deliver free of charge all the way to your home - no matter where in the country you live. You can also opt for up-stairs delivery or up-stairs delivery and assembly - our drivers will take care of carrying up your order and won't leave until it's in the perfect spot.

  • A tightly wrung cloth is your best friend. Vacuum with a soft brush. Avoid cleaners or chemicals. Dirt and grease stains can be removed with a mild soap solution.

  • Once your order is ready to ship, we'll send you an update. After that, the transport service will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date – no unexpected surprises!

    Want the product carried into your home? If you live in Germany or the Netherlands, you can add the carrying service for €75 at checkout.

    Please make sure the product fits through your front door, hallway, and stairwell, and that the path is clear of any obstacles.
