Delivery Terms
Delivery
For all purchases, kerbside delivery is included in the price. For an additional fee of €75, you can add our carrying service at checkout. This service includes the delivery of your product directly into your home. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product can be safely moved through your entrance, hallways, and stairwells, and that the path is clear of any obstacles. We strongly recommend comparing the product dimensions with the available space in your home to avoid any delivery issues. Please note that our delivery team is not obligated to remove their shoes or provide floor protection. If you wish to protect your floors, please make the necessary preparations or cover them before the delivery team arrives.
The delivery time is specified for each individual product and varies from 4 day to 7 weeks.
Assembly
We do not offer assembly of bed frames or wall-mounted headboards, as we cannot drill into walls for insurance reasons.
Disposal
Disposal exclusively applies to beds and requires beds to be disassembled at the time of collection.
Receipt of defective goods
If the packaging is damaged on delivery or has clear signs of being defective, please acknowledge receipt on the consignment note with a reservation for possible damage to the contents.
Damage to household effects/the home on delivery
In the event of damage to household effects or the home on delivery, please note this on the consignment note or delivery note. If the damage is not discovered until after the drivers have left the address, please contact our customer service within 24 hours after delivery has taken place.
Risk of accidental loss or depreciation
As soon as the ordered goods have come into the possession of the buyer, the risk of the ordered goods being destroyed or damaged due to accidental circumstances, passes to the buyer.
Delivery to islands and remote areas
Delivery is free of charge to all addresses on the mainland. For deliveries to islands without fixed road access (such as a bridge or tunnel), or to other remote areas, additional transportation costs may apply. If you are unsure whether this applies to your address, please contact our customer service team before placing your order — we’ll be happy to assist. In rare cases where the delivery cost is unusually high, we will contact you before proceeding to discuss the options. If no agreement can be reached, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
