Before you exchange your new purchase, just a reminder: you have 100 nights to try out your new sleep partner. It can take your body up to a month to adjust to a new sleep product. So sleep on your decision for another night or two — better nights may be just around the corner.

If you want to exchange a spring mattress, please order an exchange below. You will be guided through the entire process in a simple and easy way - just have your order details ready.

Wrap the product securely

The spring mattress you want to exchange must be disassembled and wrapped securely in plastic to withstand wind and weather. For a fee, our carrier can take care of the entire exchange.

Put the spring mattress out for collection

You must place the spring mattress out for collection at the kerbside yourself, as our carrier will not carry the product down unless this service has been purchased.

We will come and exchange the spring mattress

On the agreed day, we will collect the old spring mattress and deliver the new one.

Practical information

  • You have a 100-night exchange right from the date of receipt.
  • The delivery time is typically the same as the bed’s original delivery time at the time of purchase.
  • When exchanging to Soft, an additional fee of 95 EUR will apply. Additionally, there may be a longer delivery time.
  • When exchanging to X-Firm, an additional fee of 95 EUR will apply—under the same conditions as if the firmness had been purchased with the bed initially.

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes! If the firmness isn’t quite right, you have 100 days to swap it. Just fill out our exchange form, and we’ll send you a new mattress core (the part that affects firmness).

  • When we exchange firmness, we replace the mattress core—the inner part of the bed that determines its firmness. If your bed has a top mattress, it stays the same. The delivery person will not assist with unpacking or assembling the new core unless you’ve purchased this service separately. However, they will take the old mattress core with them, so you don’t have to worry about disposal. Just make sure to remove it from the cover and wrap it in plastic before they arrive.

  • It’s free during the 100-night trial period. If you decide to upgrade to “extra firm” or “soft,” there may be an additional cost.

  • Just head to our exchange page and fill out the form. Once your new mattress core is ready, we’ll deliver it and take the old one back—at no cost to you.

  • In most cases, it will match the delivery time of the bed or mattress you originally ordered. However, for special orders, delivery may take a little longer.
