Before you return your new purchase, we’d like to remind you that you have 100 nights to try out your new sleep companion. It actually takes the body up to a month to adjust to a new sleep product. So sleep on your decision for another night or two – better nights might be just around the corner.

How a return works.

Create a return below

If you want to return a bed, you must order a return below. You will be guided through the entire process in a simple and easy way - just have your order details ready.

Wrap the bed securely

The bed you want to return must be disassembled and wrapped securely in plastic to withstand wind and weather. For a fee, our courier can take care of the entire return for you, including wrapping the product securely and carrying it to the delivery truck.

Set the bed out for collection

You must place the bed at the curb for pickup, as our delivery driver will not carry the product downstairs unless this service has been purchased.

We will transfer the money back to you

After we have picked up your bed, it will take 3-5 business days for the money to be transferred using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Practical information

  • You have 100 nights to return the product from the date of receipt.
  • Applies to all products (excluding custom sizes and products purchased in the outlet store).
  • The product must be properly packed for return.
  • If the product is not packed, the delivery driver cannot take the bed back, and a shipping fee of 80 EUR will be charged.

  • Nope. All our products are covered by the 100-night trial, whether it’s a bed, sofa bed, or pillow. If it’s not the right fit, return it for free and get a full refund.

  • Easy! Fill out our return form, prep the product for pickup, and we’ll handle the rest. When returning smaller items, like duvets or pillows, you might have to drop the package off somewhere. Once it arrives back at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund.

  • Your return must be requested within the 100-night sleep trial period. The product should be in good condition—meaning no excessive damage or use beyond normal sleeping habits. If you have any doubts, just reach out, and we’ll guide you through the process!

  • Keeping the original packaging makes returns easier, but if you’ve already disposed of it, no worries! Just make sure the product is well-protected for transport.

  • Returns are free within our 100-day trial period - whether it is a bed, sleeping sofa or pillow. Just complete the return form, and have the item picked up or dropped off and we’ll refund your money as soon as we received it.

  • Nope, our warehouse isn’t a return center. But don’t worry, we’ll handle everything.

  • That’s not okay, and we’ll fix it. If your bed arrives with any issues, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible, along with pictures of the damage. Our team will take care of it from there. The carrier isn’t responsible for complaints, but we’ll make sure everything gets sorted.

  • As soon as we receive your return, we’ll process your refund. Since we work with a third-party logistics company, the exact timeline may vary, but it usually happens within 14 days after pickup. Rest assured, we’ll get it sorted as fast as possible.

  • Yes! If the firmness isn’t quite right, you have 100 days to swap it. Just fill out our exchange form, and we’ll send you a new mattress core (the part that affects firmness).

  • When we exchange firmness, we replace the mattress core—the inner part of the bed that determines its firmness. If your bed has a top mattress, it stays the same. The delivery person will not assist with unpacking or assembling the new core unless you’ve purchased this service separately. However, they will take the old mattress core with them, so you don’t have to worry about disposal. Just make sure to remove it from the cover and wrap it in plastic before they arrive.

  • It’s free during the 100-night trial period. If you decide to upgrade to “extra firm” or “soft,” there may be an additional cost.

  • Just head to our exchange page and fill out the form. Once your new mattress core is ready, we’ll deliver it and take the old one back—at no cost to you.

  • In most cases, it will match the delivery time of the bed or mattress you originally ordered. However, for special orders, delivery may take a little longer.
