Complaint

We want you to love your products from us, and we do our best to avoid errors. If you have received a defective or faulty item, don’t worry. When shopping at betternights.com, you naturally have a 24-month warranty.

During this period, you are fully entitled to have the damage or defect on your purchased product repaired if you contact us.

Contact us via email

If you choose to make a timely complaint, there are different options to resolve the issue with the item you have received. The specific solution depends on the individual situation, so don't hesitate to contact us, and we will find an appropriate solution.

If your new bed has, for example, been delivered with large tears, visible springs, or padding issues, we recommend that you contact us immediately. The easiest way to do this is by sending an email to support@betternights.com, attaching a few pictures of the damage.

When you write your email, we ask that you include your order number in the subject line and specify what you're claiming—e.g., large tears in the bed. You can find your order number in the email with your order confirmation.

Please note that when making a claim, it is of course a requirement that the claim is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other inappropriate behavior that has caused damage to the product.
